Back in 2001 I built a Web Development Company from the scratch. I recruited the team, trained them, developed the brand and got in charge of the Creative Direction of the agency. I really enjoyed most of my time working there, and if it wasn’t for the fact my former boss and owner of the company one day decided pay checks were overrated, I would probably even say it was a good experience.
I wouldn’t normally even name this company and actually I won’t but I still wanted to share with you the work I’ve done for them 6 years ago.
Those we don’t speak of had 3 main divisions called Internet, Mobile and Video. Three different elements helped the communication of each division.

Welcome to Mr Auad’s world.
Not to long ago he asked us (Ad agency) for an ad campaing for one of his mobile services.
We created a whole unique and creative campaing and we sent it to him. Just like any other client, waiting for his approval to start the casting for the character and producing the spots.
After a week or so without having any answer from him, the director of Synchro Image told us that he asked a quote to produce “their” idea, just between Synchro and them.
